Legal / Terms
Clear terms.
Good choices.
The rules for accessing QuickChoice and creating or publishing content through the service.
By using QuickChoice, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the service.
01 Agreement and eligibility
These Terms are an agreement between you and QuickChoice. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and meet TikTok’s minimum-age and account requirements. If you use QuickChoice for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.
02 Your account
QuickChoice uses TikTok authentication and does not issue a separate password. You are responsible for your TikTok account, devices, and activity performed through your authenticated session. Notify us promptly if you believe your account or session has been compromised.
You may sign out or disconnect TikTok at any time. Disconnecting removes the stored TikTok credentials but does not automatically delete creations, posts, or media.
03 Your content and generated videos
You retain any rights you hold in the questions, choices, captions, and other content you submit. You grant us a limited, worldwide license to host, reproduce, transform, render, store, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and maintain the service and fulfill your requests.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content and its use do not infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights. Generated output may not be unique, and you are responsible for reviewing it before downloading or publishing it.
04 TikTok and third-party services
QuickChoice is an independent service and is not endorsed by TikTok. TikTok authentication, accounts, publishing, music, branded-content rules, moderation, availability, and posts are governed by TikTok’s own terms and policies. You must review the preview and expressly choose the settings before a post is submitted.
QuickChoice also relies on rendering, hosting, database, and object-storage providers. Their interruptions or changes may affect the service. Links or access to third-party services do not make us responsible for those services.
05 Acceptable use
You must not use QuickChoice to create or publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative, privacy-invasive, or malicious content. You must not impersonate others, misrepresent commercial relationships, evade platform disclosures, probe or disrupt the service, automate abusive requests, bypass limits, introduce malware, or attempt unauthorized access.
You are responsible for required advertising, sponsorship, branded-content, AI-generated-content, and other disclosures, and for complying with applicable law and platform rules.
06 Service ownership, availability, and termination
QuickChoice and its software, design, branding, and documentation belong to QuickChoice or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you.
We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the service. We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, nonpayment if paid features are introduced, or violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
07 Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickChoice is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or accepted by TikTok. We do not guarantee rendering or publishing outcomes, engagement, availability, or preservation of content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickChoice will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and applicable law
We may update these Terms as QuickChoice changes. Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Applicable mandatory consumer protections and conflict-of-law rules remain unaffected.
